Car Insurance Subaru (Car Insurance). How do I increase the sound of my 2011 Honda CBF125 EFI without any aftermarket parts? How do I increase the sound of my 2011 Honda CBF125 EFI without any aftermarket parts? I would like to make it louder WITHOUT any aftermarket parts OR drilling. Loud bikes annoy people. Loud, slow bikes annoy people for longer periods of time, since they can't leave in a hurry. Don't mess up your bike. It works better now than it will if you scr3w around with it. Take off the muffler with a hacksaw. Unless you don't own a hacksaw, than go to the after-hardware-market. It will be LOUD, ILLEGAL and a piece of SH!T in about 30 minutes. You'll screw your bike(atleast exhaust pipe) if u make it louder without any aftermarket parts, i would suggest to install an high performance aftermarket airfilter like K&N airfilters, it will increase your bike performance and also give u a loud sound... If the muffler separates from the header, take the muffler off and buy a four foot stainless steel tubing that will fit into the header. Should make a hell of sound. And don,'t forget to buy a pair of industrial ear plugs if you do want to loss your hearing by time you are 40. Auto parts : Seat Belt Pad Acura 1995 . Seat Belt Retainer Alfa Romeo 1996 . Car ferry (probably stupid) question.? Car ferry (probably stupid) question.? So I just moved to a new state/area with car ferries, or whatever they are called, to get to some towns/cities on some islands. No ferries where I previously lived. I'm guessing this is a stupid question seeing as how Google didn't produce a clear answer for me. So, how do they work? Just drive onto them and enjoy the ride? Is it free? Is there a fee? If I'm going for sightseeing purposes is there a parking lot to leave my vehicle and ride the ferry on foot? Do I need to purchase a round-trip or does it work similar to city transit (buses, subway etc.)? I moved to the Puget Sound region in Washington state. car insurance. Subaru . How to Change the Headlight in a Lexus LX450The headlights on your Lexus LX450 are 9004 halogen headlights. These headlights use a filament inside the headlight to provide the illumination for driving at night. When the headlights fail, you'll need to replace them with replacement headlights that can be purchased from most auto parts stores. Since both of the headlights on your LX450 have been burning for the same length of time, it's generally a good idea to replace both headlights, even when only one has burned out. Difficulty:Moderately Easy Instructions Things You'll Need Replacement headlights Step by Step : 1 Open the hood of your LX450 and disconnect the headlight connector from the headlight. To do this, squeeze the headlight connector retaining tabs and pull the connector off the headlight. 2 Pull the dust cover off of the back of the headlight and remove the spring clip holding the headlight in place. 3 Remove the headlight and insert a new headlight. Secure the headlight with the spring clip. 4 Replace the dust cover and plug the power connector back into the headlight.
Subaru . How to Change a Headlight on a MopedDriving a Moped is a great way to save money on gas and reduce pollution. Like any type of automotive vehicle, a Moped will need routine maintenance and parts replaced. Replacing a Moped headlight is simple and can be done in 10 minutes or less. Difficulty:Moderately Easy Instructions Things You'll Need Replacement bulb Phillips screwdriver Step by Step : 1 Remove the trim around the headlight bulb by unscrewing the bolts with a Phillips screwdriver. This will release the bulb from the housing, so be ready to catch it with a free hand. 2 Unplug the light bulb from the Moped by pulling it straight out, using your hands. You can follow the wire from the back of the bulb to find the plug. 3 Install the replacement bulb by plugging it into the harness. 4 Hold the bulb in the housing and place the trim ring around the bulb. Screw the bolts into place using the screwdriver. This will secure the bulb. 5 Turn the headlight switch to the "On" position to test if the headlight is working properly. *• If it's clear, watery, and under the air conditioner, it's probably just normal condensation (if you've used the air conditioner recently). • If it's black or dark brown, greasy, and located under the engine area, it's probably oil. Figure out which part of the vehicle was over the spot and look for leaks around the oil-drain plug, the crankcase, and the engine. • If it's red or pink and greasy and you have an automatic transmission, it's probably transmission fluid. Check the transmission dipstick and, if the level is low, top it off with the proper transmission fluid. Then check the dipstick again in a day or two. If it's low again, have a professional check the transmission to make sure that the seals are intact. 936

To check the radiator, engine, and hoses for leaks, see "Checking For and Repairing Leaks in the Cooling System" in Chapter 14. • If it's oily; it's pink, red, or clear; and you find it toward the front bumper (usually on the driver's side), it's probably power-steering fluid. Chapter 3 tells you how to check the power-steering dipstick. If the level is low, add more fluid and check again in a couple of days. If it's low again, have a mechanic check things out. • If it's a light-colored or clear fluid, it may be brake fluid. Even if the leaks have dried, the stains should be visible. Depending on which part of the car was parked over the puddle or spot, check for brake fluid leaks around the master cylinder and around the brake lines. If the leak is where a wheel was standing, check down the inside surface of that wheel. If you find stains or wetness there, the brake cylinder could be leaking — or a dog could have "marked" your car! Subaru . Why wont your car trun over?
* Leaky brakes are too dangerous to leave unattended. Have a professional repair any brake fluid leaks immediately. • If it smells like gasoline, it probably is! If the leak is under the hood area, check around the fuel pump and the fuel injectors — or the carburetor, if your vehicle has one. If the leak seems to be under the center of the car, check the fuel lines. If it's under the rear end, check the fuel tank. (Don't smoke while you're doing this!) Gasoline ignites easily, and gasoline vapors can explode, so if you smell gasoline — and you haven't just filled your tank — find the source of the leak and have it repaired immediately. If your usual repair facility isn't close by, either drive to the closest garage and have them repair it, or call your auto club and have them either fix it on the spot or tow the car to a repair facility. • If you can't locate the source of the leak and your vehicle is losing liquid from the radiator on a regular basis, Chapter 14 can help you find the leak and check your radiator pressure cap. Yes it would. Snow tires are no guarantee of traction on any car. * process of elimination to check anything that may cause your vehicle to run roughly: hoses, tires, brakes, oil levels, and spark plug connections; the car buretor, cooling system, clutch, gearshift, and steering linkage. The index can steer you toward the chapters that include instructions for checking these things. Chapter 20: Troubleshooting Leaks, Squeaks, Smells, and Strange Sensations A!? 1 Here are a few specific sensations that you may encounter: V If steering is difficult and you have power steering, see "Check the Power-Steering Fluid" in Chapter 3 for information about checking the dipstick in the reservoir attached to the power-steering unit to see whether there's enough power-steering fluid. If it's low again soon after you fill it, check for leaks in the hoses leading from the unit to the front wheels. V* If your car starts wandering instead of running in a straight line, the problem can be caused by worn steering components or wheels that are out of alignment. If the vehicle starts pulling to the left or right, one of the tires may be underinflated, or the front end may be out of alignment. Look for the solutions to these problems in Chapters 16 (steering) and 19. «-" If your car pulls to one side when you step on the brake pedal, Chapter 18 tells you how to check your brakes. Subaru . If you seek professional help, make sure that they check the problems that are cheapest to remedy before they decide that you need major transmission work! Finally, I strongly suggest that you do the under-the-hood check in Chapter 3.
